The SiT5022 is a programmable differential MEMS TCXO that supports LVPECL and LVDS output signal types. The differential oscillator covers any frequency between 1 and 220 MHz with RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps. The SiT5021 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5 V to 3.3 V), wide voltage range, frequency stability (± 5 ppm), and package (3225, 5032, 7050). This programmability allows designers to optimize clock configurations while eliminating the long lead times and custom costs associated with a quartz TCXO where each frequency is custom made. Widely used in SATA, SAS, 10GB Ethernet, Fibre Channel, PCI-Express.
